Whether you are scheduling your first tour or are an annual visitor, this is an exciting time to visit the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum! In July 2007, we opened as a Presidential Library, and we’ve been busy ever since. We’ve opened new exhibits, released never-before-seen primary documents, undertaken a major oral history program, and added an education department. With these changes, we are confident that you’ll experience something new.

Our tours are completely free to students in groups of twenty or more, their teachers, bus drivers, and one chaperone for every ten students. To schedule a tour, please fill-out the Reservation Form and submit it by email to NixonEducation@nara.gov, fax it to 714-983-9111, or mail it to:

As a teacher, you may choose to led your students on a self-guided tour or have one of our volunteers led your students through the museum on a volunteer guided tour. For guidelines see self-guided tour guidelines and volunteer guided guidelines.
